"I’d give less if I could. Got dropped for making claims on a car that doesn’t exist anymore and a driver who isn’t driving anything. They have been notified of removal of this car and driver. We’re recovering from a horrible, life threatening accident and the woman who called literally didn’t even know that they had totaled the car a month ago. What is the point of insurance if you get punished for using it? She also REFUSED to escalate the call to anyone who wasn’t “just the messenger”. Apparently the underwriters are AI and can’t take calls or use critical complex thinking and neither can the employees."
